Invest in our Portfolio Companies

Investing in startup and early stage companies is complex and time consuming. We simplify the process by enabling you to invest alongside professional angel investors and venture capitalists. You get the following benefits:

Professional management –

Disciplined investment process – We benchmark each investment against a set of criteria we believe create conditions for success.

Investor protections – Your investment is in the same share class and subject to the same deal terms as the Angel Fund or lead investor has negotiated.

Reporting – We provide our investors regular reporting and updates about the performance of the companies in which we invest.

How it works

When you open your account with Symfonie Capital you can allocate your investment toward the companies you select. Your investment is placed into one of the Symfonie Angel Venture funds and used to acquire shares in the company you select on the terms and conditions the Angel Fund has already negotiated for the current funding round. We’ll apply the Fund’s management and performance fee structure to your account.

Learn About the Company

Read the Company presentation materials. Do your own independent research also.  Learn about the company’s business and the industry in which the company operates.

Review Fund Offering Materials

Read the Fund’s Offering Memorandum and Limited Partnership Agreement.

Ask Questions

E-mail your questions.  We’ll get a response from the company management.  We’ll also post investors’ questions to the website and the answers companies provide. Contact Symfonie if you have questions or concerns. You can also review our Fund FAQ, Risk Disclosure and other materials about the Fund and about the company in which your investment is made.  Investors should also consult their own independent financial advisor.

Understand the Risks of Investing

Investing in startup and early stage companies can be rewarding, but it involves risk. You may lose part or all of the capital you invest in a startup or early stage company.  Symfonie neither guarantee nor assure any particular level of return. We recommend investors diversify their portfolio.
