When you invest in one of the companies listed on our site we stand with you the whole way through!
- Every company listed on our site goes through our approval process, so we understand the business and the risks.
- We setup a dedicated compartment in our Angel Ventures Fund to hold and manage your investment.
- We work closely with the management of all our portfolio companies to help them succeed.
- We monitor their performance, meet with them regularly and help them overcome the challenges they face.
- We report to you on the progress of your investment every step of the way.
- Our fees are linked to the performance of your investment. We succeed when you succeed!
Your Single Company Investment is managed in our Angel Ventures Partnership. We charge an initial fee of 1.5% of your investment. Our management fee of 1.5% annually is deducted when your investment is finally liquidated and you receive your cash. Our performance fee of 15% is subject to a hurdle rate of 8% per annum. We succeed when our investors succeed.
